The following, which was on the April 26, 2006, calendar and returned                               
to the Rules Committee (page 3351), was again before the House in                                   
second reading with Amendment No. 3 (page 3351) pending:                                            
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 325(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to post-conviction DNA testing; and amending                                  
     Rule 35.1, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure."                                                
                                                                                                    
Representative Gatto moved and asked unanimous consent to                                           
withdraw Amendment No. 3.  There being no objection, it was so
